The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have specific meanings defined in this section. These definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.


For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:


  • Account means a unique account created for you to access our services or parts of our services, such as talent submission portals, digital audition platforms, or project-specific communication hubs.

  • Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Murnane Casting, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of shares, equity interest, or other voting securities.

  • Casting Materials means all media and documents you submit to us for casting purposes, including headshots, résumés, self-tapes, demo reels, portfolios, photographs, and any other materials relevant to your artistic profile.

  • Usage Data: retained for up to 24 months for security and analytics, unless extended for legal or operational reasons


Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your data may be processed in locations outside your state or country, but will always be handled in accordance with New York State’s SHIELD Act requirements and U.S. federal law. Any international transfers will use recognized safeguards such as encryption and contractual clauses.

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18, except in connection with lawful child performer casting. In such cases, submissions must be made with verified parental or guardian consent, and we comply with all New York child performer labor laws.
